THE VISION SESSION In this session we help you focus on the purpose for building your dream home and the goals you hope to accomplish. We look at the investment you want to make and help you understand what it can accomplish. THE PLAN STRATEGY After the Vision session we take your goals and objectives and create a specific plan and path along with preliminary investment requirements for you to achieve your objectives. THE PROJECT SOLUTION From the results of the Plan Strategy Session, our team of experts develop a complete set of drawings and specifications for construction, with the anticipated investment and timeline necessary for us to complete the home of your dreams. THE BEGINNING After your approval of our ideas and recommendations presented in the Project Solution, we begin implementation of our construction strategies to make your Dream Home a reality. THE PROGRESS PATH As the construction of your Dream Home continues, we keep you updated periodically with our progress toward the completion of your Dream Home Experience. Changes to plans, weather, and material availability, as well as subcontractor commitments and quality of work performed are all part of our progress review to make sure your Dream Home is completed on time, within budget, and it exceeds your expectations. THE EXPERIENCE REVIEW Once your Dream Home is ready for occupancy we meet with you to complete all the additional things necessary to make your Dream Home just that. We discuss what worked and what didn't work in each area to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our Company, our Building Process, and the Experience we have created for you in building the Home of Your Dreams.
