THE PROJECT STRATEGY SESSION Our project team of experts meets with you and the members of the design team you have retained to help determine goals and objectives, desired outcomes, investment capabilities, and time frames for the result you desire. THE DESIGN MATRIX Our team of experts will take your goals and objectives, match them with the appropriate resources and materials, and help you to understand the total investment, time, and other requirements necessary to make your project a reality. THE DESIGN SOLUTION This is our completed plan for the necessary materials, costs, time lines, permitting, and other construction project requirements necessary to bring your project in on time, within budget, and exceeding your expectations. THE PLAN START Once you have approved of the items inside the Design Solution our team of experts will begin arranging the materials, subcontractors, and other essential ingredients to enable us to initiate your Simple Building Solution. THE PROGRESS MONITOR All building projects are made up of things that work and those that don't. The Simple Building Solution Progress Monitor is designed to make sure the things that are working continue to do so and the things that are not are transformed as quickly as possible. Measurements of plan-to-actual and projected-to-variance in terms of time, money and materials are all part of the confidence reinforcing structure of our Progress Monitor THE PLAN REVIEW After completion of your project we conduct an in depth interview with your team to determine the things that worked and those that didn't work for you in the Simple Building Solution Process.
